Rooms in Rose Court were very clean. Fenton Street district was definitely worth visiting. We only slept at the large queen studio, but we loved it...

We spent 1 night in suite. All the staff were extremely friendly. Furthermore, it was great to have free Wi Fi. Right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot👍👌

it's not far from racing rotorua. just walking distance from chapmans restaurant, where you can have lunch. suite had everything you could need. great choice for trip.
